I am also in charge of the French Meetup for Edinburgh: you can check it out here. We organise a lot of different activities, including a film club and a book club: again please do contact me for more info. C'est un club qui est ouvert a tous, pourvu qu'on parle le francais! (and for some activities, such as the film club, your French can be quite limited, so do not feel intimidated!!)
And I also organise French classes for adults - in the evening, or during the day; in a group, or on a one-to-one basis...
